Art & Botany

Villa Rondinelli’s history has always been marked by a strong bond with culture, arts, and craftsmanship — a relationship that cherishes the past while staying grounded in the contemporary. Since 2006, the project "Out of Court, In amicizia," originally initiated by Sergio Risaliti, has been hosting contemporary artists from the Italian and international scene by putting them in dialogue with the historical heritage and spaces of Villa Rondinelli and its archive. The tradition continues today with the Art Direction of Marco Mazzi and the constant acquisition of new works, gradually becoming part of an ongoing exploration of new expressive possibilities arising from the unique coexistence of art, vegetation, and architectural space.
